Limitation of Liability
All repairs submitted under the distributor will be repaired and sent back to the current distributor's address. It is his responsibility to get the repaired (or replaced) tool to the original customer. If the tool cost too much to repair for the predefined repair cost, PTP reserves the right to replace the tool with a new tool. The replacement may be a different color. If so, the customer will be notified and get their approval. If the customer does not approve the replacement option, they can get a refund on their credit card they used to pay for the repair originally.

Terms of Cancellation
It is the responsibility of subscribers to maintain individual profile information stored on this website. In the event of cancellation, it is the new distributor's responsibility to update his profile page for his DBR number. .
